Join a live webinar
After you sign up, you will receive a registration confirmation email that includes a calendar invitation and a custom link to access the webinar. You’ll be able to enter the webinar waiting room 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Live webinars have limited capacity and can fill up. Save your spot by registering as early as possible. If there is high enough interest, we will schedule another session.
You must use the unique link provided upon registration to access the webinar.
You must register using the exact name associated with any professional licenses. Using a different name may result in credits not being issued and attendance not being logged.
Check your system
We recommend using Google Chrome. Attendees tend to have difficulties when using Internet Explorer.
Ensure your internet connection is strong and stable.
Disable pop-up blockers.
Join via a desktop or laptop.
If the video or audio don’t work, try refreshing the session, then closing and reentering the webinar.
If the attendance checks aren’t showing, check your connectivity. If that doesn’t work, message the moderator for help. Stay in the session so the time spent in the webinar is still recorded.

Certificates
If you qualify for credit, a certificate of completion will be sent in an automated email. You can download the certificate as a .pdf for your records.
Credit Types
When registering for a course, you have the option to select either CPE, CE, CLE or none for which type of credit you’d like to earn. If requesting CE, you must have an active PTIN. If requesting CLE/MCLE, you must provide your bar number and indicate which jurisdiction you are requesting credit for.
