How can I access course handouts and resources?
You can download the course materials by navigating to the resource module in the live webinar room.
How do I attend the webinar?
Refer to the confirmation and reminder emails sent to the email address you registered with. Click the “View Webinar” button to access the learning management system. The waiting room opens 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Can I have a recording of the webinar?
Full-length recordings are not currently available. Archived recordings will not be eligible for credit.
What types of courses does ALFi provide?
ALFi provides high-quality, expert-led content developed to meet CPE requirements for CPAs , CE for Enrolled Agents, and CLE for attorneys.
What regulatory bodies approve ALFi courses?
All ALFi webinars are developed in accordance with the requirements of NASBA (Sponsor ID #: 168616 ) and the IRS to ensure they meet the highest standards for quality, interactively, and educational content. Select courses are also approved by the Texas, California, Virginia, and Pennsylvania State Bar associations.
Continuing professional education (CPE) requirements vary by state. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) must meet the State Board of Accountancy requirements for state(s) or territories where they are licensed. Ask your State Board of Accountancy any questions about specific requirements.
How do I earn credit for attending a course?
Credit is awarded based on attendance and participation. Depending on the type of credit you want to earn, you must provide either your active PTIN or State Bar Number and the precise name registered with your license type, attend the entire webinar, participate in any polls or Q&A sessions, and complete attendance monitoring checks.
To receive CPE credit, attendees must register for the course and remain logged in for the minimum required time. Webinars feature attendance checks to verify participation. The credit requirements for each webinar are mentioned at the beginning of each session by the moderator.
Checks appear at random throughout the session and must be clicked to confirm attendance.
Checks will not be prompted or discussed by the moderator or instructor.
1 Credit: Attend for at least 50 minutes and answer minimum of three polling questions or click

How can I access my webinar completion certificates?
After attending a course and successfully meeting engagement requirements, a certificate of completion will be sent to the email address used to register for the event.
How are credits reported to governing bodies?
We issue certificates of completion to attendees who meet course requirements, and report credits to the IRS and State Bars within 10 days of the course. Note that CPE and Virginia CLE credits must be self-reported to NASBA and the Virginia State Bar respectively.
